The Dog Park Project is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization which aims to provide, in conjunction with the City of Santa Fe Parks and Open Space Division, enhancements to the Santa Fe Dog Park that will aid in the enjoyment of dogs and their people.
Permanent Shade Structure near the dog water fountains was installed.
Three automatic dog water fountain stations were installed by Santa Fe Parks Division.
Barbara McIntyre, a generous dog park patron, made an altruistic donation for the installation of a fence to create a dedicated small dog park area, Wilsonville- named after her dog, is near the small parking lot.
Fifteen dog memorial benches (made from recycled components) have been donated and installed by the Santa Fe Parks Division.
Seasonal porta-pottie in the small parking lot is available from Spring to Fall.
The parking lot was resurfaced with millings by the Santa Fe Parks Division.
Purchased and installed a large message board and welcome signs.
Purchased and installed "Drive Safely Dogs at Play" signs.
Purchased and installed new poop bag dispensers.
Purchased and installed many poop pick-up signs.
Purchased and installed 10 MPH signs.

Santa Fe Dog Park Art & Signage
We worked with local artist Hillary Vermont to create signage for the dog park. We could not be more thrilled with the final designs! The signs have been installed! Thank you so much for your generous donations!
